"I absolutely love this hotel SO comfortable if you are traveling with kids !!! They have amazing beds we took a room with 2 twins one double bed amazing !!! So much space two bathrooms it was PERFECT!! Everyone is do friendly and welcoming!! Mariana was lovely they speak Spanish and English. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and location EXCELLENT. "The AC never got cold even on the lowest setting. On the main area there was a strong smell, like garbage and it was there for over a day even though they came to clean the room, no one bothered to empty the trash, the smell was so bad it came into our room. The hotel is in a good area, we felt safe but far from the touristy area and the walk to the train station was long, it was hard to get UBER there so we had to walk several times. "

"This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."
