"We had a corner room and it was very spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The water pressure for the shower was very powerful and plenty of hot water. Nearby was a small grocery store. Not too many sit down eating options nearby the hotel."

"Excellent breakfast choice and good restaurants in the hotel as well as nearby. Very responsive staff who were very helpful and many spoke English (sorry my Mandarin is so poor!). Rooms were very good standard, very well cleaned and serviced. Even though this is a large hotel it was so well organised. And it is central and near good shopping and night markets as well as within walking distance from the main museums and tourist spots. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we came back again! "

"My check in with Pony was great. The staff here are wonderful and hard working. They accommodated any and every request. They held our luggage for us before and after check in, which was really appreciated. They go over and above what is expected, this is a lovely hotel which we would come back to.
