Beautiful place for breakfast, Chinese breakfast did not suit my wife but great coffee and orange juice, i think they own luckin coffee next door. "We got here via overnight sleeper train from Xi'an. This hotel has an outdoor courtyard typical of the ancient homes, with charming decor. The hotel restaurant was good, as were some others nearby. "The Inn was quite ok but there was a problem booking in, I think it was their problem. Room was small, bathroom very small with shower (no screen) placed between basin and toilet. Everything gets wet. Location was good inside the wall, but a long way from any of the highlights and cafes. You could take an electric car but they aren’t as prevalent than near the gate. Authentic location and hotel though, if that’s what you want. "
