"The cabin stay was wonderful for the whole family ( age range 8 to 72). The cabin is full of character, history and charm with all the modern conveniences. In spite of some pretty chilly weather the family enjoyed fishing, loved the hot tub and enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals . "we enjoyed four days in this very nice and well appointed home on the side of the mountain. Only downside - a neighbor somewhere quite close seemed to be using a rifle or shotgun each evening for nearly an hour - frightening and unpleasant!"

"It was an amazing little getaway and we were quite surprised at the layout of the rooms. What I expected was to turn the corner and find a little room to sleep in. Instead i was greeted to a staircase that led to a huge bedroom. It was an enjoyable weekend and look forward to staying again in the future!"

"It was a unique stay at this property. Not the average cabin in the woods. The area was beautiful this time of year (Fall). And the creek running beside the property was picturesque. Overall, we had a wonderful time. We had a slight problem with noise, but the owners and staff took care of our issue and immediately moved us to another Chalet. "This cabin was exactly what we needed. It is decorated thoughtfully and beautifully and has everything you could need. You can feel the care of the host through the little details.
