"The leach bed was draining down the hill, into the walk way to the boat at the fire pit. So everyday we went to the boat we had to walk threw it. We paid $60 for wood and could never have a fire. The rail on the top deck was very unstable, the last 8 feet of railing at the boat dock was missing. Hot tub & Water smelled like strong bleach. Its not in my opinion dog or kid friendly. No yard for either. I received an email after my payment was processed (non refundable) that it might not be water...

The place is wonderful, the view stunning, the outdoor grounds with a grand fire pit is just amazing and the host was the most gracious and communicative vrbo property owner i have ever experienced.
