"We all had fun ! We rented a boat and played on the lake. The lake was so beautiful and not busy. The house was great! But no hair dryer and gum on the bed down stairs on the post? Just too many steps to get to the dock?"

"We had and excellent time during our stay! The place is exactly as advertised and offers some very nice views of the leaves changing colors in the fall. We played a very challenging round of golf at course right up the road on Friday and then hung out and watched college football while grilling with a fire all of Saturday. "Accommodations were listed however it took a lot of researching of photos to figure out the sleeping capacity and the overall layout of the house. The stairways need to be better represented so guests know that there are many steps with no way to access bedrooms or patios without them. Outside access is very difficult because of the hilly terrain. The open loft concept is impressive but those occupants have no privacy and no sound barrier from the main level. "The leach bed was draining down the hill, into the walk way to the boat at the fire pit. So everyday we went to the boat we had to walk threw it. We paid $60 for wood and could never have a fire. The rail on the top deck was very unstable, the last 8 feet of railing at the boat dock was missing. Hot tub & Water smelled like strong bleach. Its not in my opinion dog or kid friendly. No yard for either. I received an email after my payment was processed (non refundable) that it might not be water...

"My 2 adult kids and my son-in-law joined me for a quick trip to Tennessee. The place is wonderful, the view stunning, the outdoor grounds with a grand fire pit is just amazing and the host was the most gracious and communicative vrbo property owner i have ever experienced. We wish we could have stayed a week longer."
