"This hotel is a mountain lodge. It was very comfortable. Ok on cleanliness. The balcony of the room was like to were in the middle of the forest, very relaxing to sit and have a cocktail or coffee. I loved the fact that it was very close to hiking trails to the natural bridge. You can just walk out your door from the hemlock lodge and the trails are right in the parking lot behind the lodge. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was good also. I would definitely stay here...

"The charming, clean cabin is as advertised and perfect for a small family. The location is perfect for enjoying all Red River Gorge has to offer. Natural Bridge, Auxier Ridge and Courthouse loops, KY Reptile Zoo, Thrillsville Putt Putt, Via Ferrata, Angels Windows and Sky Bridge. Relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day. Thank you for a wonderful family getaway that didn’t disappoint. As previous reviews mention, the driveway is steep but not difficult with a SUV. "

"Fun little cabin centrally located with easy access to all things gorge. The hot tub came in very handy after a long day of hiking. Kitchen is on the small side with limited counter space but sufficient for a short stay with a family of four. Upstairs bedroom is a loft, while the two smaller bedrooms are on the lowest floor. The loft bedroom is a consideration if your family wakes up at different times and some like to sleep in. "

"Nice accommodation. Close to many activities we were interested in. Had a little miscommunication abt # of people staying & enough bathing supplies but host fixed it when notified. Variety of food choices available nearby. Quiet area. "

"Very relaxing. Thank you for decent beds because that makes all the difference. Just fyi the second step was slippery. Looks like it cracked awhile back. A mirror near a window for the ladies. But even if you don’t address these things, I’d still stay there again. Loved the loft deck. "
