"This is an ideal house in a nice quiet neighborhood of State College. It is spacious and clean. It has a nice living room set up with plenty of seating. It is very close to downtown but far enough away where you aren’t dealing with congestion. I would recommend it to any of my friends and family and hope to stay there again in the future."

The house was super clean and fresh, the kitchen and bathrooms were filled with everything you need, and the living room was very warm and comfortable. Distance to school wasn't as close as I thought (will need car to go back and forth) but well worth the drive. I will definitely be back!"

This home has a nice blend of inside and outside family gathering areas as well as rooms for personal space. Perfect place to prep for a Penn State tailgate, too.
