The only negative issue was the guests that were supposed to move in downstairs apartment on Friday, were given our code for the lockbox. "The property was very nice, but the weather was terrible and we were only there a couple days to see my grandson graduate from boot camp at Parris Island so we weren’t there much if the time. Fripp Island is beautiful!"

"When we arrived the elevator was out of service which made the 3rd floor tough with luggage. It remained out of service for the week until the day before we left. Not the owners fault but if someone has a problem with stairs this would be a problem. There was no parking pass left by the cleaning crew but the owner was fast to respond and make sure everything was all set. They were a text away and very eager to make our stay perfect. Would definitely book with them again."

"Positives - Clean Linens and comfy bed, stove, microwave and refrigerator, great locatioin. Negatives - no coffee maker, only two small cups,2 spoons llimted utensils, no table to eat on, stained carpet, bathroom not thoroughly cleaned (stains in toilet, shower floor, dust on baseboards. Worst negative is the studio shared a common door with the main house which was also rented. Very noisy tenants at all hours which made it hard to sleep."
