"Lovely stay and we were glad we decided to book it. Very clean, cosy room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Self catering and everything was provided - a small fridge, a kettle, a microwave, cutlery etc. Lovely garden, we could sit there and relax. Very comfy beds, quiet at night so we had a great night sleep. Parking is provided at the car park belonging to the pub next door. "We have just returned after a stay in this property. All I can say is WOW! It has everything you need. If you forget any toiletries the owner David has supplied a box in the bathroom with an assortment in. He even supplies eye masks and ear plugs. We stayed in the Spa room the bed was comfortable with extra blankets if needed and black out blinds. The TV showed Amazon prime and netflix. The bathroom is big with a massive jacuzzi bath. The whole property is spotless. I defy anyone to find any...

"Lovely room, nice simple but well stocked self service breakfast, comfy bed, very clean and tidy bathroom. My double room was a good size for me, and the location so near to Poole park is great. "

"Great little guesthouse in a convenient, if hilly, location! Wasn't sure about the shower room being separate to the bedroom but the thoughtful provision of a robe to go to and from it made it a bit better. Very comfortable bed and a fan provided if room was too warm but I managed with an open window instead. Breakfast was a self service, basic, continental but perfectly adequate with a selection of juice, cereal, bread, packaged croissants and pain au chocolate, yoghurt and fresh fruit."
