"Late arrival in The Pich BLACK- dirt road to to property. No LIGHTS WORKING on the FRONT ENTRANCE. No LIGHTS & Black driving to property- BLACK AS. I had to ask strangers in first 2 home’s information where my house WAS. Had to DRIVE ON A PAVED WALKWAY as not driveway. PLACE in DARKNESS- Used CAR LIGHTS to find KEY in coded box. This was SO STRESSFUL. Noticed a GRASS drive path ?? To use. The KEY didn’t work properly to front door each time we used it. This was sure a STRESSFUL WELCOME even before I went inside. Had to use my Mobile phone light to find inside lights to turn on. The office staff didn’t except me to arrive of a night I was informed. The Home SHOULD HAVE BETTER LIGHTING AT FRONT ENTRANCE- SADETY. Very STRESSFUL AND DISAPPOINTING before my stay started. No FANS IN EATING AREA was a CERY HOT NIGHT. Air conditioner in bedrooms only. Home inside was comfortable & clean . Swimming pool was filthy - outdoor table couldn’t relax outside- filthy . The outside disappointed. A pool was included- - hasn’t been cleaned. Leaves everywhere to home entrance. Outside pavers LOOSR to rubbish bin . I came for a peaceful stay as my husband is dying of CANCER. This wasn’t the case I needed here. The Road was blocked to turn on To find the night of arrival. Took ages to FIND another road- So stressful before I got into the home. I was offered 10% discount for my STRESS IN THE SARK. What an INSULT."
