Waiters & waitresses were all great. Spa opening at 3pm was a bit disappointing, though I understand why, and good it's open till 9pm. Steam & sauna working properly."

"This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of old town Innsbruck, perfect location and first class accommodation and services we really couldn't fault it. Breakfast is plentiful and something for everyone, bar area is lovely, pool and sauna were just fab and staff are friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. Despite booking an economy room it far exceeded expectations for size and comfort with so many fantastic details that made it just that bit more special than the average hotel. Really impressed with our stay. Spotlessly clean with amazing facilities we found this hotel exceptional value for money and would highly recommend."
