"Absolutely amazing location, couldnt be better for the old town. The restaurant view was just so beautiful. The room itself was was not great if you want luxury but as with most city breaks the room is just a bed to sleep in and your out all day exploring."

The property was conveniently located on the main road, as a result, it can be noisy with passing cars when we opened the windows. If the windows could open out, it would have been an added bonus as the view from the flat looks directly onto one of the gates to the City wall. Overall, it was a comfortable stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at Villa Anica. It was about a 15 minute walk down to the old city (although be prepared for some uphill to get back. The accommodation was good. The bed is soft as I prefer it with a sheet and blanket as opposed to a duvet. The air conditioning worked well, the bathroom is spacious, and the building common areas and garden are beautiful. There was provided a kettle to make morning coffee and tea, as well as a refrigerator with a few drinks and some fruit and other...

"My wife and I are in agreement that we have never stayed in nor will we ever find another vacation property that clean. Not a speck of dirt or mold to be found. Sheets, blankets, glasses, bathrooms impeccably clean. The location is steps from the busy Pile Gate, yet it's quiet at the property. The pictures do not do the terrace views justice. Absolutely stunning!"

"The host, Edi, is a delight. Gave us a warm welcome and introduction to the city. He indicated great place to eat/grocery shop, all in walking distance; as well as touristic recommendations. We were able to leave our luggage in the gated courtyard until our departure. This establishment receives our highest recommendation."
