"The property is nice but aging with a lot of deferred maintenance. Unit 36 is nicely decorated, we specifically liked the artwork and soaking pool which was cool and refreshing in the warm weather. The bedroom storage was cheap and one drawer does not stay closed. On a downer note, I woke up with multiple bites on my legs, ankles, and feet that I did not have when I went to bed. There may be bed bugs or spiders. "

"Lovely little unit that was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the terrace, but as others have mentioned, a shade umbrella would have really added to our enjoyment. Everything with condo was great. There is no parking at the condo, but the shuttles to the parking lot come by every few minutes. Really appreciated that the shower had a safety bar! Everything very clean and nice. Bed was comfy. "The place was very clean, and Vacasa staff (on-site property manager) were responsive. The interior furniture is tired and the property could generally use a refresh. Beds and pillows are of low quality. In terms of luxury, I would rate this as "3 Stars out of 5" for those reasons. The advertised laundry facilities were not available during our stay, and we had no advance notice of this problem. The shuttle service to the beach was irregular and undependable.
