"The check in process was easy. Infact when we checked in the A//C was malfunctioning in one of the rooms. We were swiftly moved into another room. Gated parking with security was excellent. The whole hotel is very secure. We appreciate that. The pool is very nice, clean well maintained. The little restaurant attached to the hotel has very good food and affordable. Nice service as well. The rooms and condos in general were very clean and well maintained. Each bathroom was updated very nicely. The kitchen/dinning area and bedrooms are dated. Clean functional in my opinion could use an upgrade. But for the price its a fair trade off. The kitchen is stock with everything you need to cook any meal. The walk to the beach is easy. Very nice beach i may add. As well next to the restaurant is a little super market which is very convenient for the majority of your needs. I did not rate as a 5 believing there is always room for improvement. Overall we had a very nice stay. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to this area. Thank you for making our experience enjoyable."

"One of the best experiences we have had staying at a resort! The minute we got there we were treated like royalty! you will not find a better more attentive and friendly staff anywhere! The place is beautiful,quiet,clean and welcoming. It was perfect for us to getaway from the rat race for a week and and enjoy the surroundings the beautiful pool and the wildlife especially the mango tree full of monkeys!! They have 1 restaurant on the premises and the food is delicious!!! Again we would not hesitate to go back. The staff is one of the biggest reasons for that. Every single one of them we can actually call friends by the end of our trip! We were tired of the "all inclusives" with the sometimes loud and sometimes obnoxious crowds you can get at times! "The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It's an older hotel so just be aware of that going in. It is conveniently right across from the airport, and the shuttle starts running at 4:30am which got us to the airport in five minutes with plenty of time to get through security for our 7:00am flight home. The food at the restaurant is good, and also very friendly staff there too. Highly recommend if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport on your way home, or if you get in late in the evening."
