"Rooms are simple & nicely decorated. Owner & staff were great! Went to the bar around the corner for my daily cappaccino & croissant, lovely! The San Zeno piazza is a block away with many restaurants. I highly recommend Trattoria San Zeno! Owner & waiter absolutely wonderful & food is delicious & extremely reasonable! Verona Centre is a 10-15 min walk but I took the Verona bikes from piazza & took me less than 5 min to get into the Centre. Or you can grab the bus by the bar around the corner...

"Clean, quiet, comfortable, fantastic location. Our host was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Parking was easy just a few blocks away at the cittadella parking lot. At $21 euros a day, not cheap but comparable to most inner city parking prices. We ate at a few places but our favourite was the food and service at Ostinati just steps outside Ariel's main entrance. "

Robert explained how to get in and out gates and door and provided map and details of where to go to reach Verona’s walled city (10-12 minute walk) including tree lined street with stunningly beautiful residences. "Betty’s House….what an amazing B&B. It’s a hidden gem. Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden/pool area. Breakfast was fab. Defo plentiful and a good variety of it. What’s makes this place even more beautiful is the owner Betty. What a lovely, friendly and helpful lady. Really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointing thing was we had only booked to stay for one night!! Will defo return and highly recommend Bettys House to anyone staying by Lake...

"The host Milena is very kind, friendly and accommodating. Easy check-in and parking. It is also easy to access the city centre by bus as there are bus stops nearby. A lot of options for breakfast in the morning. The room is not the biggest in the world but it is very clean and has all the amenities needed. Would recommend."

"Excellent location. 9 minutes walk to the Arena. The bathroom was absolutely spotless (never seen one cleaner!). Rosario made contact when I messaged that I would arrive after 7:00p.m. and was there to answer the bell. To correct a previous reviewer, there is no fee for checking in late: that is the standard City Tax. Good value for money. "

"We thoroughly recommend Casa Ossan. Massimo and Laura were so helpful with recommendations and their hospitality is second to none. Breakfast was so good, homemade and just kept coming. Definitely going to visit again next year when we are on another wine adventure. We mentioned we were after a specific wine and Laura was straight on the phone and negotiating a good price for us, thank you so much. Room was immaculate and Massimo couldn’t do enough even offered us the use of his EV charger. "
