"Perfect location a couple of minutes walk to Tower of Pisa/ square of miracles. Loved the hotels roof top terrace to watch sunset over Tower and square. Lovely breakfast (fresh warm pastries!) and comfortable room. Check in and out was straight forwards, polite staff. We managed to walk to the airport in about 40 mins. Pisa Centrale station was also easily accessible by walking. Thank you!"

"We walked from the train station, about 20 mins. Passed the Tower at 10pm-breathtaking. Could not believe how close the hotel is to the Duomo and the tower-just outside the stone wall. Comfortable beds: one queen and 2 twins for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. "

"Good: Really clean. The blind, when it worked, was almost back out. Couldn't ask for a better location - some reviews say it's dodgy but I felt it was cultural of people of different nationalities to be in the street. "Great value for a hotel! Slightly out of the city centre but very walkable distance. The room had enough space for two people, the bathroom facilities were perfect for what we needed, with a well functioning shower and plenty of towels. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We didn’t have the breakfast but to have had the option for an included breakfast is even better value! Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "

"I had a wonderful weekend in Lucca and I was very happy with San Luca Palace. I work online and for me the quality of wifi is the top importance and unfortunately quite often although the hotel website indicates they have wifi the quality would be very poor and I would not be able to do my work properly and would get anxious about it. Wifi was working very well, staff was helpful and the room was spacious. I look forward to being back to Lucca and staying in San Luca Palace. Thank you! "
