"Property was nice. Room was clean. No issues except our safe didn’t work, got a key from reception and was told maintenance would come by. They never did so we just kept using the key. We were given two room keys, one didn’t work. When we brought this to their attention we were asked what room we were in and then told “oh, only one key works for that room”.
