There were at least three different occasions where they did not give us new rags after taking our old ones. They also took our complimentary towels we were given for some reason, which were a different color from the hotel towels so Im not sure why they were taken and not returned."

"We knew nothing about this resort. We booked it because we got a great deal on Expedia. This is an amazing resort. It’s at the end of the beach so you don’t have anyone walking by. You’re right next to Mambo Beach Boulevard, which is a large dining and entertainment complex. The resort itself has three or four restaurants."
