"What a gem we found in Coles Bay Vacation Rental! We arrived here after a late night flight into Victoria Airport. Karey met us at the door and invited us into this sweet space, welcoming us and explaining where things were in the room and how to operate appliances. Our bed was super comfortable and the hot breakfast with fresh croissants were sooo yummy! What a find! "

"Kelly is a boss. Will return. The goats and the sheep are great. Very healing! The breakfast is epic. The host Kelly and the staff are professional and above and beyond professionals. I would suggest two things that are easy to attain for future improvement—not complaining. a) Please watch for animal/pet/farm animal hair in food. "We celebrated my wifes birthday at Amante B&B, we cant say enough about Karl and Mandy and their wonderful place! The cablin was beautiful, well appointed, quite and comfortable. Internet was very fast, lots of TV channels and the bed was very comfortable. We were surprised with two delicious peices of cake shortly after our arrival and the breakfast in the morning was great! We could not have picked a better place, the only thing that we were disappointed about is that we couldnt stay longer!...

"I initially booked this spot, and it was cancelled, and I was refunded. I rebooked, thinking it was an alternate suite on the same property, and it was never cancelled. I tried to call/message the owner when we were looking for it as we had an incorrect address from the booking (it was a trailer park at the end of a dead gravel road) she was not responding and when we finally connected she said it had been cancelled. "Recycling and garbage as you walk to the entrance and you walk by looking into the owners kitchen. The main area is also used as a staff room? There is a sign on the fridge that says staff use only and clearly has staff’s food in it. You only actually get a bedroom with a lock on it and a bathroom with cleaning supplies mops etc on the wall. I absolutely did not feel safe especially when I came back and someone had been in the suite. This is not as advertised at all. "

"We came for our honeymoon. We were shocked by the ocean views upon our arrival, absolutely breathtaking. The private deck, hot tub were more than we expected. Large soaker tub is much appreciated as well. Modern accommodations and very well looked after. We will definitely be adding this our favorites "

"Lovely location, easy walking to the marina, shops and restaurants. The property is tucked off the road so is quite quiet! The accommodation is cozy and quaint and was just as described - perfect for curling up on the loveseat (or recliner) reading a novel and enjoying the view! It has a lovely little fireplace heater for ambiance, too! (It was rainy and chilly for part of our trip so this was a bonus!) I discovered beautiful little walking paths throughout Cowichan and we had the added pleasure...
