"This hotel was very unique and offered a charming atmosphere! Staff were super kind and accommodating, including leaving us a little treat in our room to celebrate our honeymoon and allowing us to stay in our room a little past check out time as our transportation was delayed! We stayed in the harbour view studio loft and it was beautiful :) 10/10. Breakfast was also great - lots of options and fresh fruit. Also a very walkable location! "

"We are a retired couple who enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay at the James Bay Inn Hotel and Suites. Our stay was at the end of January into February. We had a corner room with lots of big windows on the third floor with a comfy king bed. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. "I absolutely loved the environment here—it’s so relaxing and enjoyable. The mineral pool and hot tubs were incredibly soothing, perfect for unwinding and letting go of stress. The staff were all wonderful, especially the lady who helped me book the spa. She was super nice and patient, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. The massage itself was fantastic—very professional and relaxing. Overall, it was an amazing stay! Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back! "
