We were able to store our luggage which allowed us to explore the city without any baggage. The staff was friendly and helpful. "We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and this hotel was perfect for us. We booked the suite which had 2 bedrooms (a king size bed and a pullout couch) and we are all very comfortable. The people at the front desk were very friendly and provided great recommendations. The hotel is at a great location, walking distance from many attractions. The hotel has a restaurant which was extremely convenient for those days when the kids were tired. I would 100% recommend this hotel! "

"This hotel is great choice if you are looking to be in a walkable area. The Sound of Music tour is a 3 min walk away and the old town is about 6 or 7 minutes. The room was clean but a little spartan. The staff are great. Breakfast was a little expensive. We ended up eating at a great takeout place across the street where you can get good coffee, rolls, fruit, yogurt, and sandwiches. "
