"Wonderful hotel location, with impeccable check in and initial welcome from desk staff. Elevator convenient and the roof bar was an enjoyable end to a day. We didn’t use the pool, it was too involved in the bar drinkers and blended into bar area as a water feature than for real use. Cleanliness beyond the daily room servicing needs to be addressed throughout the property including stairwells and common areas. The decor in the rooms needs refreshing. "Staff was above and beyond. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was simple, but inexpensive and delicious. I highly recommed. Excellent location - 3 min walk to the beach."

"Peaceful hotel with good breakfast. Cold swimming pool but small warm jacuzzi. Town has no proper restaurants and hotel only offers fast food type meals which was the biggest disappointment. Rooms okay but could do with an update."

Great hotel in Central London

"Fantastic hotel. Spotless room, great bathroom with amazing shower. The excellent buffet breakfast up on the 6th floor overlooking the park and the ocean was particularly wonderful. Right next to San Telmo bus station, if you're getting the bus to our from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel."

Modern chic hotel !

"Quick trip to GC but was great location. Quick walk to the beach one way and the port the other. Amazing rooftop and small pool was great!!!! Great rooftop seating options. Room was spacious - Bed was massive and comfy! Bathroom spotless. Didnt have breakfast as I went out - plenty of options around. Bar and restaurant area of hotel looked so lovely! Plenty of indoor plants making it lovely! Bus station and taxi options so local. "
