"The whole experience was just great! The service was amazing! We arrived quite early (around 12) because we came directly after our flight to the hotel. The staff however was super friendly and didn’t make any problem as our room was already ready! "We have stayed in this hotel many times on our way back from the Alps. It has had a make over and is very nicely updated. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was superb. The rooms are warm, quiet and beds very comfortable."

"샹티이 지역을 방문하기에 최적의 장소입니다. 샹티이 성과 말 박물관 등과도 가까운 위치이고, 리조트에 맞게 넓은 로비, 부대시설(다만, 헬스장은 없고 런닝머신만 있습니다.) 등 편의성이 좋습니다. 24개월 미만의 아이와 함께 여행에 아주 편안하게 숙박했으며 아이가 먹기에도 좋은 조식, 큰 욕조가 있습니다. 욕조에 들어가기 위한 높이가 좀 높아서 위험할 수는 있지만, 어메니티(NUXE) 등 만족도가 높았습니다."

"This little hotel was a great surprise for a last minute stay. Was very clean and the bed I had was very good, room 15. The late night staff could have been a little nicer. Property description said they spoke English, that was not the case. Morning staff was little rude when I walked around the lobby, because my stay did not include the breakfast. However they did make up for it with an expression. Other than that I would recommend if you are staying in Chantilly. "

"Out of town and a bit dated on the outside, modern and full of features on the inside. We had the pool to ourselves. A short drive to Amiens and large shops."

"After four days in Paris it was dreamy to take a quick 25 min train ride to Chantilly and stay here. My fiance and I got engaged the night before we stayed here & it was so special to celebrate it here. The staff was great, the room was clean and beautifully decorated. I loved the pool and sauna as well, it was nice how late the pool and sauna were open too (10pm). "
