"We paid for the Panorama View and received the Panorama View, this in its entirety was unique. Upon entering the room, the tv over head was poorly fastened to its mount and was difficult to straighten. The 2 chairs in the room were pretty to look at, but were not comfortable to sit in. The table was equally pretty to look at, but was difficult putting anything on top of it, as many things fell through the table as there was no glass surface to provide any sort of stability for anything. "This was a great place to stay for two nights in late October and to take out and back day trips by train to Siena and Florence on back-to-back days. Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location! It's small, but serviced and supported very well by the staff at the restaurant. "
