"Booked the room at 11:10pm for the night. Our train arrived at 11:30pm, thank goodness Massimiliano was manning the bookings and was able to give us our entry access codes despite the late booking. The place is conveniently located at the Central station which was very helpful walking in the freezing cold. "We spent 4 days in Naples. A nice city, but definitely quite disgusting with garbage everywhere. The highlight and most welcoming point of our stay was N'Art. Just a wonderful place. Biggest rooms in Europe, we've stayed in dozens of Euro hotels, biggest, most well appointed rooms we've enjoyed. Staff was incredible, communicated extremely well with us. Also, looking forward to returning soon."

"Great location (across the street from the central train lines) and the bus to/from the airport. The location is very urban/gritty but felt totally safe. The accommodation is clean/comfortable. It is a very old building but has a lift. You choose what you want for breakfast and it is brought to your room. Good location to explore Naples and to catch the train for day trips. "
