"Beautiful property and nicely appointed rooms with patios. Restaurant was very good. Very serene and quiet place to stay. Our only issue is that the pool and hot tub were not heated and were ice cold. It was one of the features that attracted us to this resort in the first place and we were disappointed it was unusable. The cost to use the spa (indoor pool and hot tub) is very expensive and time limited. Also our shower door was a bit odd and caused small floods every time we took a shower....

"Lovely location in the Umbria with a great view. Room was okay but maybe a little tired. The pool area is a great area to relax and enjoys the vista. The spa itself was a little disappointing and was not included in the price of the room, at 25 EU per person per hour it is not good value."

"Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La stanza era ampia, confortevole e molto pulita. Tanti piccoli accorgimenti molto utili per chi soggiorna. La colazione semplice ma genuina e abbondante: ottima la crostata fatta in casa! L'ultimo tratto per raggiungere il casale è una strada sterrata che però è in ottime condizioni e quindi non presenta nessuna difficoltà anche con auto normali. Posto molto consigliato!!"

"Ottima soluzione per chi ama la tranquillità. Propietari molto cordiali e disponibili. Se il navigatore vi porta su una strada sterrata per arrivare prendetela solo se non ha piovuto nei giorni precedenti. Considerate che si arriva tranquillamente tramite strada asfaltata a poche centinaia di metri ma a volte il navigatore vi segnala come prima scelta la sterrata che va bene solo se non c'è fango. "Un alloggio dal quale siamo fuggiti. Il bagno come in un vecchio ospedale sporco e non ripristinato. Bidet fuori uso. Perdite umide dai muri e inadeguata la stanza, la signora gerente che ci ha accolti con sgarbo e superficialità, oltre a richiedere il rimborso abbiamo richiesto un voucher ad expedia per poter rimediare a questo spiacevole inconveniente con sue bambine a bordo. Mosche morte ovunque, mi sono attrezzata con molte foto per riprendere anche gli infissi aperti e la doccia distrutta....
