"Breakfast was awesome! Perfect location!"

"The property seemed very new and was very clean and spacious. We did have a room with a terrace but being December and in the middle of a storm we didnt get to use it but I'd imagine it would be lovely on a nice warm evening. It is overlooked by high rise buildings so not private. We felt very welcome on arrival and were shown how to use the facilities. The rooms are above a restaurant which even though they had a party that evening we didn't hear much noise and very local to the main streets...

"Very nice and unique accommodation. Very comfortable. Elena and staff very friendly and helpful. Superb restaurant extremely well decorated and wonderful food. Meal was reasonably priced. Great Italian breakfast. Beautiful surroundings. Mountain town of Scarlino very interesting with fortress on top. Lots of history. Didn't use pool as we didn't stay long enough and it was October."

"B&B in un delizioso paese in collina con bellissima vista. Un pò disagevole (ma non poi tanto!) la presenza di doccia e lavandino in camera e le scale senza ascensore per i bagagli, ma per il resto silenzio, pulizia ma soprattutto gentilezza al top. Buona colazione servita con garbo ed in un ambiente elegante ma familiare con il fantastico gatto Filippo che fa compagnia. Ottimo il cappuccino!!! "Il B&B é in buone condizioni e molto pulito. Si trova in centro e a 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia libera e dai lidi attrezzati. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e cortesi. Noi avevamo la colazione inclusa che viene fatta in un bar a 100 metri dalla struttura. Consigliato"

"Beach side property. We rented a small villa. The villa was great. We were able to dine indoors or on the patio. The beach is well kept and we had access to chairs and parasol. This resort is made for a relaxing vacation "

"Great price for last minute. Well located. The lady at the front counter initially must get some manners. Agitatedly accusing/greating me with being late after arriving at 20:30 although expedia shows check in until 2200. But the other staff was great!"
