"We are traveling extensively throughout Vietnam, we found this place and could not be more impressed with the staff and the facilities. We took advantage of the facilities, including Pickleball pools, restaurants, and walking the beautiful gardens. Most impressive part of our stay was by far the attention to detail by the staff. We really enjoyed, our time with Daisy in services On the Pickleball annd dining and David the sales and marketing manager were both very helpful. Would highly recommend families and couples. We expect to return in the future from the United States and look forward to it. "

"I booked the biggest villa at resort, arrive around 1 pm staff told me need one hour ready. So we go lunch head back at 2:30 then the staff tell me check in time is 3pm. Second day i went golfing in early morning back before 11am but my villa still not clean up. then call front desk they said clean up time is 11am, btw they don't check up room in the afternoon. After we finished dinner head back to Villa is all dark, pool light and outdoor light NO one come to turn it on...Five star Villa don't provide body lotion and shaving kit for guest, isn't that ridiculous? I've been in Vietnam lots of Hotel Resort never see one like this, Management and Service need to be improve...definitely NOT recommended!"

"My best friend and I came here to stay for 2 days, they never cleaned the room, when we went to the bathroom there were still used condoms that hadn't been thrown away. When we announced check-out, they asked us to pay because we hadn't paid in full. After I opened the app to show them, they apologized. The trip back to my hometown with my best friend was terrible because I chose the wrong motel."
