It was good value for the money and the food in the restaurant was terrific. It has a trendy industrial vibe with a wonderful swimming pool on the 9th floor overlooking the city. "This property has a beautiful Cambodian flair. Although most of the staff do not speak much English, they still are very helpful. The café downstairs makes delicious coffee and offers baked goods. There’s a restaurant on site with delicious food. The rooftop pool is wonderful. For being right in the middle of a busy roadway, the hotel is very quiet. It is a couple of kilometers to the Riverwalk, and easy enough to get a tuk tuk ride for $1.25 through the Grab app or Pass app."
