"Great hotel! Staff friendly and helpful, room was great, restaurant and room service were excellent. Only complaint, and not any reflection on the hotel itself, was the location. It's not the most-centrally located property, so you're a bit of a walk from historical sites and other tourist interests. That being said, I never felt unsafe walking in the area at any time. Will definitely be back to Naples and will definitely consider staying again!"

I recommend to stay here for several nights, to see the Napoli city center including the hill of Posillipo, Pozzuoli, Pompei, and Sorrento. So many things to see here, and the location near to the train station is very efficient. The hotel itself is bit dated but well maintained."

"Great location for sight seeing in the old quarter. 2-3 blocks to Chapel Sansevero and Santa Chiara monastery. I brought my 95 year old mom to Naples. So location had to be close as she doesn’t walk much. We had a good room on 3rd floor near elevator. I will say for those with accessibility needs - there are 3 steep steps into hotel. 3 more up to ground level. And an additional 2 up to reception and elevator.
