"Villa 16 has big clean main room with wooden bed that makes noises when ever I move. The swimming pool is clean but not big enough. "

"Nice spacious villa but needs much better maintenance. Property is in a village setting with security at main gate. Property can be accessed by car, bike or by taxi. The blinds in the main bedroom downstairs are dirty and guests can be seen from outside at night when light on in bedroom. They need to have a proper curtain. Kettle and toaster don’t work properly. No TV in two out of the three bedrooms. Tv in lounge small. Aircon in back downstairs bedroom dripping. "

"Sliding door to pool lock DID NOT work. Told management about it and was supposed to be fixed, but didn’t happen. No safe in room so I was constantly worried about belongings and safety. Pool dirty and had trash floating in it. Had to ask for room to be cleaned, fresh towels, water etc"

"This is my 2nd time staying at this property. It is quiet, serene but, close enough to everything one would need. Restaurants, bars, convenience stores, laundry, quite literally everything one would need/require is within a kilometer. The property itself is absolutely perfect from its layout to cleanliness & decor. With pool access from bedroom 1 & the living room you can make the outdoor & indoor areas continuous by simply sliding ope a couple of doors!! I highly recommend this property...

"Spacious and clean. The swimming pool have water slide, small but enough for play. The location is perfect near the hyper center but quiet. Every bedrooms have full bathrooms with everything inside, very good for the villa."

"The Villa is clean, basic needs are all provided, all as per discriptions and photos, basic cleaning is doing on every day. Registration house is just next unit (actually it's self checking in & out, no registration). Location is quiet but convenient, convenient shops, Big C, restaurants are nearby in walking distance. The only drawback is the sun in January doesn't shine on the swimming pool (don't know if this change in other months). "

"This is a good place to stay for if you are looking for a place further from the beach and outside the tourist areas and want to remain on the property. It has everything you need with stores nearby."

"Property is very run down. Shower was leaking from head, multiple broken things in the room. Service was non existent. Basically no ammentities to speak of, room was ok but not for the price. For the price I would expect some level of service from the property."
