"Perfect location 5 minute walk from the pier and same distance to get into town where all the restaurants and bars are. When we left the pier there were lots of people holding signs for hotels, our guy loaded our luggage onto the trolley and walked them down to the hotel for us. "Beautiful setting right on the water. Breakfast food was really poor and the towels were small and old. The monkey bar is pretty and nice! We ate off the resort the whole time except for breakfast, which was included. "

"Nice hotel in a nice location. Some reception staff are more helpful than others. Breakfast is awful. Cleaning staff take all of 1 minute to "refresh" your room. At check in you're asked to give a 1000 baht deposit, which is absolutely fine. At check out we were told that a bottle opener was missing from our room. We had'nt seen or used a bottle opener in the duration of our stay. When my husband had a beer in the room he had to use our nail clippers to open the bottle. Long story short, we were...
