"Brand new hotel attached to Central shopping mall with professional and friendly staff and nice restaurant with good food choices. The only drawbacks are no towel hangers near the sink and complicated, confusing light switch controls."

"The hotel lobby and check in are extremely well organized. Staff was ready and helpful. The room layout and amenities are perfect. The lobby contains a gallery of small restaurants, each featuring different cuisines. And Alfredo’s the food, service and wine were outstanding and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this Novotel."

"Apparently this is one of the 'best' hotels in Ayutthaya so you have to take the good with the inconvenient. Designed as a 'boutique' hotel - emphasis seems to be on design over guest experience. The main passage is dramatic and impressive - leading to lots of halls with stairs to rooms on the upper levels. Some of the best upper rooms have very steep, very high spiral staircases - so be aware if you have any limitations. We had a terrace room on the main lever, but there were hard to see...

"Great value for money. Everyone happy and looking after you. New, modern, clean, well designed. Near to new modern shopping mall, Central. One of the street vendors on the other side of 7/11 sold me a wonderful mixed seafood for 80 Baht. Worth a revisit. "
