My aunt forgot several things at the house and he even went out of his way to ship them back home to her. The house is beautiful and stocked with comforts of home. "This property was a delight. The fire pit, rec room and variety of porches offer an array of activities to rest and relax after experiencing the many outdoor activities in the area. The hosts are friendly and attentive. If you have a dog that travels with you, they have their own welcome basket. I highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a place to stay north of Winston-Salem. Rural Hall is a friendly place!"

"This home was perfect location for my family to stay during the wedding of my niece at Nana-Mac’s Meadow. Being able to have a place to rest after rehearsal and the wedding on Saturday we great. The bed are so comfortable and eveyone rested great both nights. We loved everything about the home. The little personal touches by the owner meant a lot. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the firepit it was nice that the owner made sure wood was available upon our arrival. It was like home away...

Due to some Wi-Fi issues, we were transported back to the pre-internet age and found ourselves actually socializing with each other—thankfully, the grandparents and two children handled it well! The back porch was perfect for unwinding, and the house was spotless.
