A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...

Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. "Good location, spacious rooms. About a 10 minute walk into town and right opposite the station. Quiet hotel, very quiet rooms. Didn’t love the interior upstairs much, felt very hospital like. Good view of the mountains. Big negative point was We stayed for 3 nights and there was no housekeeping to clean our room a single day besides on the 1st day when we asked a few times for someone to clear the bins. We mentioned the rest of the days before leaving for someone to clean but nothing was done...

"Just returned from a fabulous 5 days here for an adults ski trip. 25 min taxi ride from Innsbruck airport which is really handy and only €60 fare. Great hotel and spotlessly clean. Superb pool and spa facilities, with swim out linked outside heated pool which is great for a soak after a hard day on the slopes. Room was spacious and very quiet, maid lovely. "Very near to train station (but not loud, train is end of the line so not passing through traffic). Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Easy walk to old town area and great views. Bus to the castles picks up right across the street by the train station. Room was spacious and clean. Room stayed comfortably warm in the winter. "
