"We loved our 2 night stay here, the restaurant was great (unfortunately couldn’t get a booking at Yu Pan Asian) and we loved that the outdoor pool was heated for swimming in winter. The spa facilities do get extremely busy and noisy on Saturday but Friday evening and Sunday it was really pleasant to use. Our massage treatments were amazing, very relaxing. "The hotel is really nice, but the people working there are AMAZING. The two girls at the reception were so lovely and helpful (I think one was called Kelsey, sorry! I’m terrible with names). Check in and check out on point and when we asked for some towels we got them in minutes. I recommend this place without any doubt. "

"Delighted to revisit the Rudloe Arms with its eccentricities, it’s amazing artwork and ‘Mousey Thompson’ furniture, and of course, the fabulous food. This has to be the best value for money in Britain’s hotel industry. Sure it’s quirky but is very casual and relaxing too. I look forward already to my next visit. "
