"This place was wonderful. It was easy to get to, easy to find, and easy to get in. The room was nice, clean, and had plenty of amenities. The towel racks were heated, along with the floors in the bathroom, adding to a wonderful experience. The furniture was really comfortable and the plugs were so perfectly placed!! "The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work."

"I found the online “boarding pass” directions confusing. Great location, can walk to train station in a few minutes, and to shopping area and cathedral. The shower is a bit messy (you have to squeegee the floor after use) but works fine, Groceries just down the street. Couple of holes in the walls and in the couch make it feel slightly in need of some attention."

"The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and had all we needed for a 4-night stay. The location was perfect - a fairly short walk from the station (15 mins), lovely area for just wandering, and a 10 minute walk to major attractions like Helsinki Cathedral. Really enjoyed our stay there and would stay again."

"Excellent place. It was spacious. It was clean. it was safe. There was a small issue about getting only one towel and one pillow for 2 people... And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. I also contacted them 2 other times about luggage storage and sauna hours and they answered me right away on the chat...So communication was excellent and informative "

"Our host was there to greet us outside and help with our bags, and gave us great, nearby restaurant recommendations that we loved. Apartment was very clean and my mom and I each had our own space to sleep. High end appliances/finishes. Loft likely for the limber/young, slightly low ceiling and narrow ladder, but it was perfect for me.
