Lovely and private, we had a car and were in a perfect location to access Stone Henge, Avebury, Bath, Oxford, Stratford on Avon and more. "Recommend the property unreservedly but suggest you book directly through cottages.com as that is where Vrbo will throw you anyway. The Vrbo system was a massive let down and caused a great deal of stress with confirmation of the booking. Give them a wide berth but enjoy thi ssuper property if you can."

"We had a ladies friends weekend away in early Nov. Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Log burner was fab and ability to have extra check out time for a small fee was worth it. Having the added bonus of the spa pass made the weekend extra special. The owners are particularly excellent and quick to respond with any of our questions. All good - highly recommended. We intend to return."

"Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again."
