For Europeans and Americans, Petrolina is a hidden gem. The water is hot. There are these unique beach like areas to swim, sunbathe, or hangout like Brazilians 👍 I saw beaches in advertisements and I knew the Atlantic Ocean was nowhere around. 😉 But, Petrolina/Juazeiro have beach like areas on the river. It was interesting to see this and the people. I would return in a heartbeat 💓. I loved my visit.

Avaliação do Hotel Nobile Suites Del Rio Petrolina

Minha estadia de três diárias foi extremamente decepcionante, marcada por constrangimentos e falta de profissionalismo. A recepção foi desrespeitosa e me expôs na frente de outras pessoas, incluindo colaboradores meus. O café da manhã, que já foi excelente, hoje é muito simples e não condiz com o valor cobrado pelas diárias. Os preços dos serviços são abusivos. Solicitei passar uma camisa social às 7h para uso no dia seguinte e, apesar de o serviço ser entregue apenas às 20h, cobraram 50% a mais por alegar urgência. Mesmo como cliente VIP do Hotéis.com, os descontos em alimentos, bebidas e consumos prometidos não foram aplicados. No check-out, tive mais transtornos: paguei consumos no cartão corporativo e os 20% de desconto também não foram considerados. Outro episódio constrangedor foi ao pagar R$12,08 por passar a camisa. Entreguei R$12,00, e o recepcionista insistiu, de forma arrogante, que eu pagasse os R$0,08. Quando entreguei R$50,00, ele demorou para devolver o troco. O gerente não interveio, ignorou a situação e sequer pediu desculpas. Para um hotel que se propõe a oferecer um serviço premium, o despreparo e o desrespeito são inaceitáveis. Sou diretor de uma multinacional e cliente frequente, mas após essa experiência, não sei se retornarei. Espero que o hotel reavalie suas práticas e ofereça uma resposta à altura.
