"Everything was awesome, from the cleanliness of the property to the friendliness of the staff. Raffa, Glenda, Marco, Carolina, Micks, and Vincent greeted us with a smile and superior hospitality multiple times everyday. They all were very helpful with assisting us trying to locate our checked luggage from the airport to helping me find a local golf course to suggesting food for us to try to trying to locate the many wine windows around the city. We will visit Italy again one day and we already decided that this property will be where we stay while we are there. Thank you for everything. (And just in case Raffa and Glenda sees this, our checked luggage never left the Charlotte airport...smh)"
