"A princípio fomos direcionados a um quarto com um banheiro minúsculo, em que não havia papel higiênico e o secador de cabelo não funcionava. Além disso, estávamos em três pessoas e só havia dias toalhas de banho. Após conversarmos com a recepcionista, fomos trocados de quarto e deu tudo certo. Quanto à piscina, funciona sob agendamento e é preciso pagar pelas toalhas usadas, já que não se pode usar as toalhas do quarto. "
