The area is close to the main Bus Station, it´s not nice. The hotel needs to be completely remodeled. The room and bathroom needs update and a better clean services.

Good location and quite a large breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly but majority speak no English and having a multilingual staff is part of why I picked the hotel. The wifi is very slow (less than 10Mbps). But the biggest problem is cleanliness - the first room I was assigned had stained sheets so I had to switch rooms. The second morning, my towels were replaced with stained towels. And on my third day, housekeeping completely forgot to clean my room despite my being gone all day.

Infelizmente não volto!

Hotel precisa de alguns cuidados a mais, paredes soltando pintura, ar condicionado antigo e fraco. Tivemos uma supresa na segunda diaria, hotel ficou completamente sem água, e a recpção não deu nenhum suporte. Falavam que a manutenção estava resolvendo. Tive que deixar o hotel sem banho. No check-in quiseram cobrar até as aguas que usei para poder me lavar. Fiquei chateado e não paguei. Não volto mas !

O atendimento foi , de forma geral, muito bom, entretanto, faço uma ressalva à roupa de cama e banho. Achei os lençóis, principalmente o sobre lençol não muito bem lavados. As toalhas poderiam ser de melhor qualidade; mais macias. Café da manhã bom , mas poderia ter opções de alimentos sem glúten e sem lactose.

Bom custo benefício. O estacionamento é pago , R$35,00 por dia. O café é fraco, mas os funcionários são ótimos, com um destaque especial para a querida Jéssica, muito simpática e prestativa. A água do hotel tem um cheiro terrível de esgoto,e disseram que está assim em todo o bairro.

Minha experiência não foi muito boa, estacionamento cheio e o serviço não é bom. A cama cada vez que se mexe faz um barulho alto de mola. Cafe da manhã não é bom também. O suco de laranja e o omelete que consumi, não estava bom, muito artificial.
