"One of our favorite boutique chains — this particular one is situated a good bit down Broadway from student housing and bars, so it's quiet and cozy — at least on the third floor where we stayed! We were there during a really busy weekend (Colorado game), so parking was tricky, but unlike some of the other hotels in this chain, there's ample street parking around the grounds for those who don't want to pay for valet. Great onsite restaurant, wonderful staff, and a huge courtyard with fire pits that made the cold nights feel a lot cozier. Will definitely stay again the next time we're visiting our kiddo at Tech!"

This was my first contactless experience so it was a little confusing. I booked through Hotels.com and nobody made me aware that I needed to check out via email. I just left like I would a regular hotel room. However, I wasn’t charged extra so I guess that turned out okay. "
