"The log cabin is very welcoming, front porch decorated with flowers and ferns, extra blankets and throws for cold nights-even on the rocking chair and swinging bench on the porch. It is in the hills, very quiet with a small creek runnning along the side of the house. Franklin is not a touristy town but we ate at 3 good restaurants and the closest grocery store is surprisingly big, everyting you need. Overall a very good, restful vacation."

"We were extremely impressed with Lost River Luxury Cabin! It exceeded our expectations! The house had every amenity you could need. We loved having the fire wood stacked outside our door ready for a cozy evening sitting on a huge comfortable learner couch in front of the crackling flames. They even had an extended utensil to toast marshmallows for some Smores! The interior was decorated very tastefully and the construction is superb! One of our best VRBO stays and we’ve been to quite a few! Location was very private and relaxing with a wonderful view. "
