"We stayed in the cottage for 4 nights while in town for a family event with our daughter’s family. Great little place. It does have two bedrooms but only sleeping for 3 adults as the second bedroom has only a daybed. Main bedroom does have a queen size bed. Apartment has a large kitchen but not many utensils. It would be nice if more spoons,forks and cooking utensils were provided to be able to cook eggs etc. Also all pillows were as flat as pancakes. Maybe some new ones would be nice. Also...

"A great place to stay in RVA. Super location, the apartment has all you need inside and out. Tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen but you won’t have to use it if you don’t want to. Pizza, ramen, ice cream, cocktails, delicious sandwiches …. All a few steps from the place and yet it is a quiet street. Highly recommend."

"This was a nice little place close to the convention center with lots of nearby places to grab a bite. The only issue we had was parking. The lot that is for use by residents/guests of the building is under construction. The property manager was a great help in figuring out the parking situation! Would love to stay here again in the future."

"All went well. I am concerned about the two missing windows located in the main bedroom. This is a serious safety concern. Also the sliding door leading out to back needs to be repaired or replaced. This is also a major safety hazard. In addition the attempted wood barrier out this same door is inadequate as relates to child safety. This three issues can be easily resolved with and with minimal expense. Just recently hung up my shingle after more than 20 years as a Realtor. "

The first morning I walked to the corner bakery and picked up some wonderful pastries and granola. "Sweet historical home. Very welcoming, had all the VRBO little needs on hand. Coffee, coffee maker, coffe filter, fresh sponge, dishwasher, washer and dryer with laundry soap, body wash. Bathrooms were very clean. Comfortable sleeping areas and living room. Host was very kind and courteous! "

"We were notified 10 min before leaving that there was a mix up in reservation. We had to be put elsewhere or cancel. A total bait and switch scheme. Dirty, couldn't even use one of the beds. Just awful. If this is an example of what VRBO has for property "landlords" VRBO is not doing their follow up well. I am fearful of using VRBO again"
