"The property was clean and well-maintained. However, parking was a bit of a challenge due to multiple vehicles, including a school bus and a car that appeared to have not been moved for some time. There was no internet during my stay, which may have been due to an outage. Aside from these minor inconveniences, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you!"

Super 8 stay

"An ice storm took out the power in our area which required us to find other accommodation. The hotel was about a 40 minute drive away for us. Hotel was very nice and staff were very good as many of the other rooms were booked by other people with the same problem. We would definately stay at a Super 8 again in the future."

Excellent accommodation.

"Motel 6 was a safe haven when the severe ice storm knocked out the hydro for days. Room was very clean and staff very friendly. Thankfully I could bring my dog with me. Bed very comfortable. Quiet room. Would absolutely stay there again. "

Outstanding Hospitality During a State of Emergenc

" We stayed at the Best Western Otonabee Inn for three nights, one night at a time, during a state of emergency caused by an ice storm. Despite the challenging circumstances, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The team was incredibly accommodating and understanding as we navigated the uncertainty of the storm. Each time we needed to extend our stay, they handled our requests with kindness and efficiency, making us feel genuinely cared for during a difficult time. The room was clean, cozy, and a perfect haven from the freezing conditions outside. The property itself remained well-maintained despite the weather, and we were so grateful to have a warm and welcoming place to stay. We truly appreciated the staff’s dedication and professionalism throughout our stay. They made us feel safe and supported when we needed it most. We highly recommend the Best Western Otonabee Inn—not just for their excellent accommodations but for their outstanding commitment to their guests’ well-being.
