"Not sure why this property is on a hotel booking website as it is a property managed through a 3rd party property management company. You are not “hosted” as a guest, but are required to sign a short term rental agreement before you are given any details about the property location. There is then an extensive list on how to turn on every appliance in the property - heating, HWS, and even Wi-Fi was turned off. Who turns the Wi-Fi modem off these days??? "The only good thing about this tiny apartment is location. The apartment it self is very very small , no real bed with mattress you sleep on the sofa hard to sleep anyway the street is very noisy day and night. The management not flexible at all trying to charge you for everything make you clean the apartment before you leave Check out time is getting earlier and earlier it’s outrageous . Overall don’t recommend unless for one night "

"I loved everything about this apt with two exceptions: 1) strange bathtub/shower, designed to sit in tub to take a shower 2) a small thing, a simple question per text to the Host on Saturday night was never replied to by the time we left Monday morning (it was just asking is there a TV News Channel)"

"Perfect location in Turin for walking through historic districts, markets, and shopping. Our family of 3 was very comfortable in the apartment, which has everything needed for either a short or long-term stay. We spent 3 days and loved it! Host was wonderful and very helpful."

"We had a very nice stay in this lovely apartment. Location was terrific, bed very comfortable, and remarkably quiet for a city center apartment. Italian VRBOs tend to be a bit more bare than those in the United States, but linens, bedding, and toilet paper were provided. We didn't cook but I noticed there were dishes and utensils. Overall it was a great stay!"

"We stayed in the property for about 9 days. Property is in a centralized location. We were not greeted at the apartment and we picked up keys at a local sho which made it hard to find the property and figure out what keys did what. The information on the apartment was mostly Italian and outdated. Some of the appliances where not in good working condition, including coffee maker. The property does not have a/c which on a warm day you only have windows and fans. This can be very uncomfortable...

"This was a nice place. My only three issues were: 1. We were supposed to get confirmation email 48 hours before with instructions but I had to email the night before so we could make our transportation arrangements for the next day. 2. Check in was supposed to be at 12:30pm but right before we arrived we were told 1:30pm which ultimately became 2:15pm and again hindered our plans. 3. There was a strong sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom which you could smell through the whole apartment...
