The flat itself had all modern conveniences and was very clean and well maintained. St Medard is a little quiet, but the roads into Bordeaux and out to the seaside are good. "The name accurately describes the property: Studio Cozy. The studio apartment is very small and was sparklingly clean. Very nicely appointed - nice fixtures and comfy bed. With no exterior windows, the studio became very humid. There is an opaque skylight which allowed for some natural light. The bathroom door would not close properly - an easy fix which we assume will be addressed soon. We loved the location - easy walking to restaurants and city sights."

"The booking process was a nightmare because the Web site wouldn't accept my credit card. Jacobo saved the day by phoning me and it took my card over the phone. Who knew? He was a delight as a host. The location near the trams was excellent- no need for a car and the grocery store was across the street. It had all of the amenities and was very secure. We loved it!"

"Easy to get to by tram. Large well equipped flat. 2 flights of spiral staircase was challenging with suitcases but the apartment was worth it. Balcony lovely for a drink in the sun. Good restaurants on the square outside. We will be back. "

"Does not gave the public gardens but a busy main road. Check in - penalised due to “ late arrival” not told when I booked. No welcome pack, not even a little milk or a tea bag, little information - just an unfriendly start. Harassed re check out time etc."
