Unforgettable experience and one of our favorite in Italy. The owner Thea is lovely and so accommodating. We came in the off season, so were the only clients. Breakfast is delicious and convenient (10 euro/p). Property is equidistant from Peschici and Vieste. Up in the hills overlooking the forest, very quiet. It was nice to listen to the birds in the morning. There is a beach nearby that is walkable. We ate twice at the local restaurant Holiday Village that was also delicious with very sweet staff. We stayed in an apartment with a mini kitchen that was incredibly clean and modern with the best rain shower. We would definitely return!

Lucia Talotti and her family, who run the property, are amazing. The rooms and bathroom were spacious (by American standards) and luxurious. This was one of my favorite places I stayed at all summer, and I'll definitely be returning to this property. The surrounding area is also beautiful.

La struttura è molto deliziosa, Ho preso la camera matrimoniale e mi sono trovato benissimo: molto accogliente e con tutti i servizi necessari. Ottima accoglienza e ospitalità. C’è bisogno della macchina per spostarsi, ma le spiagge non sono lontane…. oppure una bella passeggiata a piedi ….che non fa male.

Excellent accueil, endroit paradisiaque au milieu des pins. Chambre moderne, spacieuse et très propre. Salle de bain de rêve. Situation idéale entre Vieste et Peschici, proche de belles plages. Ambiente elegante e pulito, esternamente ed internamente. Proprietaria gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Struttura vicina a spiagge comode da raggiungere a piedi e in macchina, e possibilità di spostarsi nelle spiagge più distanti ma comunque in poco tempo. Se dovessi tornare nel Gargano alloggerei sicuramente di nuovo qui. Vacanza da ricordare!

Un punto strategico vicino a un angolo di paradiso
Sebbene abbiano soggiornato solo una notte, abbiamo apprezzato la struttura, strategica per posizione e comodità, visto che abbiamo praticamente parcheggiato a 5 metri dalla nostra camera. La nostra stanza, un monolocale ampio e ben organizzato, aveva solo un'unica pecca, mancava di una finestra sul retro, per cui all'arrivo (forse anche perché tra i primi ospiti della stagione) abbiamo avvertito un po' di umidità, subito risolta con il condizionatore. Molto bello e suggestivo il bagno. Funzionale l'angolo cottura. La colazione all'aperto, nella quiete della pineta in cui la casa è immersa, è stata abbondante e ben curata. La sera, abbiamo scoperto facendo a piedi la strada che porta al mare, che a 800 metri praticamente c'è un piccolo angolo di paradiso, una baia bellissima, con sabbia finissima, e un ristorantino con tavoli sulla scogliera che si presentava come una location davvero romanica. Purtroppo, avendo soggiornato solo una notte, non abbiamo potuto godere appieno della bellezza dei posti, che meritano un soggiorno più lungo. L'accoglienza è stata assolutamente familiare e corretta.

Semplicemente perfetto
Struttura nuova ed in ottima posizione per visitare vieste peschici ed anche le diverse spiaggie del litorale. Gentilissima la proprietaria. Da segnalare che a 30 metri vi è un ristorante pizzeria con forno a legna e terrazza sul mare dove si mangia molto bene. Appartamento funzionale ,pulito, con aria condizionata ,patio con tavolo e stendino. Veramente tutto perfetto. Ottima la colazione preparata direttamente dalla proprietaria, sia con dolci che frutta. Ovviamente occorre un auto per spostarsi.
